you have no idea what that meant to me. thank you so much.

Thanks to everyone for coming out to NWLEM! I got a kick out of seeing everyone having a good time and saw some really neat laser tech.

Planning on doing this in September at the same space next year. That should finally solve the last piece of the puzzle in regards to heat.

Also planning something called CampLEM in NW Cali for this summer. Will announce something formally soon.

Uneventful trip back east. I got in about 9:30 this morning and came straight to work so it's been a long sleepless haul but, still worth it.
    .
I neglected to mention one other thing. I had a long, one on one talk with drlava about some of the issues that people have experienced with getting orders fulfilled. I know I've been somewhat vocal on here about how much reading some peoples experiences with him have pissed me off. I've been fucked over by several people in this stupid laser game to the tune of probably about $30,000 and even those experiences haven't bothered me nearly as much as reading how he's handled or, more appropriately, not handled his business affairs. It's some strange mother hen "don't fuck with my family" feeling that boils up whenever I was hearing some of those stories, since that's how I look at this strange thing we call PL. And even more inexplicable is how the key LSX users appeared to see nothing wrong with it and were quick to jump to his defense.
    .
Now... I have ALWAYS said I have no issue with Andrew personally and he's a great guy but, I only buy from him face to face. It's been the handling of the business that's bothered me most. Anyway, I am pleased to say that orders as of late have been filled and filled quickly. He acknowledged the problems and, he's put some things in place so hopefully it doesn't re-occur. I feel reasonably confident that if someone orders LSX or something else now, they should get it in an appropriate amount of time and receive good communication. As I said, Andrew is a great guy and LSX is a great product so, it's a shame so many came away with bad tastes in their mouths and believing they were being scammed. There are already enough of THOSE people around.

Thank you Johnathan for bringing us NWLEM III.
I really enjoyed the event. It was good to see familiar faces from my first NWLEN and making new friends. The collection of lasers and projectors were truly awesome to see
in operation especially the argon laser with the prism to separate the various wavelengths. I liked the lasers placed at floor level especially the one with the grating placed in the beam.

well said and I fully agree with this.

even as Andrew was getting ready to head to nwlem he was answering emails and helping get a user up and running.

I think the future for LSX is looking quite good.

Thank you Jonathan for putting the NWLEM together. I had a great time as usual and it was awesome to meet some new folks and see some old folks. Im not used to going to sleep at 4:30 but, when in Rome..............It was great seeing Casey after all these years catching up with him . Sorry I had to leave early on sunday but I was burned out and needed to get back to the homeland... I didn't know what to do about that holography unit, did Nate leave it with you? if Nate reads this, I am sorry I left with the laser head without the power supply you donated to my maker mill project. I can pay for shipping or what ever...anyway, thank you Nate for letting me tweak your laser, we should be able to get some more power out of her if the tube voltage burns down a bit. Nate did an excellent job of cleaning that SP 165 up, it was beautiful for being 37 years old. anywhoo - if anyone passes trough Bend, OR look me up! Sal, Thanks for the coffee and protection from any warehouse zombies that might have tried to get past you. Robin & Rebecca??? great to see you both again. I loved the drones, lego kit, yellow pointers and basically everything else. To DrLava, flamingpyro, Adam, Rick, Kyle, Rob, Brad, the dude from Australia (sorry forgot your name) Young lady who we had dinner with and made my name badge (sorry I forgot her name)........keep lazin' Hope I didn't leave anyone out, If I'm did...sorry
