Seams he stopped to produce them which is a shame, they were always great drivers. Not sure if he made a newer version.

I think he was asking about technical differences not historical ones ...

To my understanding:

P3 (these) = no beam suppression capabilities
p3.3 (latest version) = beam suppression capable with the addition of a few resistors.
