Yeah Jem's projector has 60K Cambridge so a comparison is definitely on the cards if someone has the EMS 7000's fitted and working. I'll be interested to see the results as they sound like great scanners but as ever the proof is in the tasting of the pudding and not the writing on the packet!
HeHe...
Guess who's (hopefully) getting a new toy to play with this weekend?
For those who don't know i'll let the cat out of the bag (so to speak). Simon (P1t8ull), has been building me a small RGB projector that I can use for graphics in my office at home. It's fitted with a set of new EMS7000's from the recent group buy and hopefully it should be in attendance at Surfleet this weekend.
Oh, and yes... I do intend to set up my other RGB for a direct comparison, or at least someone who knows what they're looking for can do the comparison. This projector is fitted with a set of 6215h's and high speed amps.
Cheers
Jem

Hello friends Thank you for your quick response
That sounds very good if some user sends their experiences.
Actualy I would like to replace my old laserworld projector's scanner with a top notch scanner in my first experience so this is why i asked.
Also If ferrari's budget abouth 900 Euros, then i would love to drive it in my first experienceMost importatnt point is that scanner is realy top notch scanner??
Note: greece is our neighbour country, i prefer to buy from nearby than china.
well, it will definately not be a crap scanner, that much we can tellWe should wait a bit then and see how it all goes over at the surfleet meeting this weekend, where (if all goes well) the ems 7000 will be reviewed by many experienced people against ct 6215 and various others.
(three cheers for the neighbour comment mate, i just wish more people would think like this, in more parts of the world)
if you want to start planning ahead for installing the 7000, one thing i can say for sure. plan ahead for some heavy duty cooling (heatsink and fan mandatory), as the amp cards get seriously HOT in no time. if you bolt these onto your base plate, i think you should cool the entire thing
