    Thumbs up QuickShow Fake Shop? (Resolved: Thanks to all users)

    Hi there, It's been a long time (2 months) since I've buyed in Pangolin online shop the Quickshow software and FB3. Im waiting to much time and the shop says that i need to wait because it's out of stock (2 months -.-)... i asked for refound and they don't want to give me. I'm from Portugal... anyone have been in this situation?

    Can you provide us with the exact website address where you made the purchase?

    If you ordered directly from Pangolin have you tried to contact them via the contact form on their website?

    Hmmm... I find this most strange as Pangolin are usually very responsive. I guess if they're genuinely out of stock there's not much that can be done about it other than to wait for new stock to arrive.

    maybe you should try emailing william benner direct from here http://www.pangolin.com/contact/
    and explain you story to him, he is most helpfull

    then again they are away at a show a the moment

    thats weird... couldnt imagine that pangolin would let a customer wait for 2 months.

    if your on a rush i also could help you with a quickshow package, i always have these in stock.

    I've drawn Bill's attention to this thread.

    Hopefully when he's had time to check his emails you'll get a response.

    All I can do is 2nd other users opinions on here that this is very very unusual. Customer service at Pangolin is usually the best in the business.

    Note Badger's post though, he's away and Blackberry aren't exactly providing their usual service at the moment so there may be some delay.

    Dear Pepper,

    The only thing I can say is -- WOW, this sure is strange!! We have QuickShow and BEYOND packages with FB3 in stock, and we can (and do) deliver immediately by FedEx, once we receive the order and payment. Since this particular thread does not contain your real name, I can't look into our orders and see the status -- for example, see if we are waiting on payment or additional information to complete the order.

    Also note that email is not 100% reliable. It could be that you've sent emails that we simply have not received, due to spam filters or something else.

    At this point I suggest you call us on the telephone. Pangolin is available nearly 24 hours a day, from three separate offices. Since you are located in Portugal, I suggest you call our European office, which is at: +386-1-517-4270.

    We have looked into this more and for sure, we have not received your order or any communication from you. Although you pointed to a page on our web site, our guess is that you really placed the order with some other company. If you have not yet rendered payment to that other company, then you are welcome to deal with us or (better yet) from Mr. Francesco Van Loon, who is located in The Netherlands and has systems in stock. I will point him to this thread.

    Hi Pepper,

    This indeed sounds really strange... I'm sure there is somekind of mixup...
    Letting customers wait for over 2 months is for sure not something that sounds like Pangolin directly.
    Will send you a PM and will ask for some more details around this sale.
